Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees directly with Reservations at 231-947-3700 and by identifying as an attendee of the MEDA Fall Conference. Reserve by October 6th for a rate of $129++/night. Hotel room rates are subject to MI occupancy/sales tax of 11% (subject to change) and a daily service charge of $12.00. Taxes are subject to change without notice. Rates quoted are for single/double occupancy. There is an additional person charge of $85 per person, per night for triple/quad occupancy. Maximum occupancy is four guests.

For all MEDA events, registration must be paid in order to attend unless prior arrangements are made.
You can request an invoice upon registering. See your registration confirmation for payment options. All registrations submitted October 23rd or after will be required to pay upon checkout.

Future Member Rate $205

A $15 per event late fee begins on October 23rd.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing to cjorae@medaweb.org on or before October 23rd to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations between October 24th and October 28th will have a $100 processing fee.
- There will be no refunds after October 29th.
- Those who do not cancel and do not attend will be charged the full price of registration.
- The policy includes any scheduled receptions or paid activities.
