Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing to cjorae@medaweb.org or submitted via the Info Hub on or before June 11th to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations between June 12th and 16th will be refunded less 50%.
- There will be no refunds on June 17th or after.
- Those who do not cancel and do not attend will be charged the full registration fee.
